Grievance Procedure/Resident Rights training: 10 Minutes
Upon completion of this training module, the employee will:
  • Understand what constitutes a grievance and the procedures for addressing injustice or unfair treatment.
  • Know the resident’s rights and who to contact with questions or concerns regarding those rights.

    2. Read and review Resident Rights
