Upon completion of this training module, the employee will:

• Understand the function of the crisis matrix.
• Know how to utilize the crisis matrix to identify who to contact and in what order.
• Know what is expected of community residential staff when a crisis occurs in a treatment apartment.
• Be familiar with the crisis matrix for residents of treatment apartments so that staff is competent in explaining their use to residents.
