Matt Bishop of Southern Tier Meadows is the October staff member of the month for his dedication to the program and his strong personal work ethic.  Matt started his career at Southern Tier Meadows as the FT overnight staff a year ago and has been a strong player from the beginning. Matt not only has had perfect attendance, but has never hesitated picking up other overnight shifts so co-workers could have time off.  Without question, Matt comes in early and stays until all of his work is complete.  When Matt started working at STM, he had zero experience working with consumers with mental illness.  He has done an amazing job managing the nightly challenges of a 24 bed ACF independently.
