Linda Howland, RC at the Wellsville CR, is the staff member of the month.  Linda has worked at STEL for many, many years.  She has proven herself over and over to be a kindhearted, hardworking and a dedicated employee.  Over the last two years, we have experienced a staff shortage with our full time staff at the CR.  Linda has graciously taken on extra residents for her caseload.  She made the sure that all of the residents on her caseload have their needs met.  In addition to seeing to the concerns of the WLSV CR, Linda has also been a support to residents in the WLSV Apartment Program and the SRO.  Many times, Linda’s fields calls from residents in both programs.  She is pleasant, and calm in managing crisis situations. She is supportive of her fellow staff at the WLSV CR and is well liked by all the staff and residents.  Linda is an excellent role model for her fellow staff members and leads by example.  She provides support for staff and lends her knowledge and experience proactively.  Linda intends to retire in about a year and a half, and deserves recognition for being such and outstanding employee. Congratulations to Linda!
