Kyle Erlandson, RC is such an asset to the Prendergast CR and to STEL as a whole. He always goes above and beyond the call of duty at the Prendergast CR. Kyle is on time for his shifts, doesn't mind staying a little later to help out, and his paperwork is always done early. Kyle works very well with all the residents and makes them his priority. Kyle's personality is very calm and relaxed which really puts the residents at ease, especially when they are symptomatic. All the residents love him! Kyle is such a great team player and is willing to adjust his schedule however needed to accommodate the group home. He is always looking for ways to increase social skills for the residents and participates in a lot of activities with them. Kyle is very invested in resident's lives and has their best interests in mind. He handles crisis situations very well and doesn't crack under pressure. When Rachael Weaver left Prendergast in the middle of October, Kyle was very helpful in picking up where she left off with everything involving the residents on her caseload. Anytime Rachael checked in with her former residents, they mentioned how great Kyle is and that they enjoy working with him! Kyle is very deserving of staff member of the month as he is such an asset to this agency. Congratulations and keep up the great work, Kyle!
