Elisha Gerholdt
, RC is also co-employee of the month for November.  She plays a critical role in the SRO program.  Elisha manages a full case load, weekly activities, along with the many unexpected curve balls that are thrown her way during each work day.  Recently one of the Chautauqua County SRO'S has been dealing with an unpleasant situation.  Elisha has been very instrumental in coming up with educational materials as well as being very resourceful with trying different techniques to solve the SRO's issue.  Without Elisha's assistance the SRO program would not have been able to get through this unpleasant situation!   Elisha has come to work on her scheduled days off and worked overtime to assist our residents in dealing with this massive problem. Elisha has demonstrated excellent job performance always working in a professional manner with our residents and in return has gained the respect of many of the clients she serves each day. Elisha spends the extra time it takes to work with some of our residents who were extremely anxious and overwhelmed with this situation.  Elisha has been patient, supportive, and good humored throughout this whole experience.  Elisha never once refused or showed hesitancy to get her hands dirty to get the job completed.  Rebekah Alm would like to acknowledge Elisha for everything that she does for the SRO program. Elisha deserves a huge thank you for all of her continued hard work at STEL.
