Tim Forster is co-employee of the month for November.  Tim is an RC at the Gowanda CR and he goes above and beyond for our clients. Recently he drove one client to a specialized counseling session in Erie, PA because it was the closest place available for these services.  Tim thinks of creative ways to work with people.  Recently, he taught computer lessons to an elderly resident who wanted to stay in touch with family and friends.  He has developed services that take people to the library and encourage them to start hobbies. Tim is always willing to  work extra hours - no matter what the shift.  He fills in at Perkins and Aldrich and has even helped the apartment program.  He has accompanied residents to baseball and football games and even makes weekly grocery shopping into an activity by giving each resident a list of things to learn about and find on their own.  Tim relates well to older and younger residents and keeps a cool head even in a crisis.   We are fortunate to have such an all-around helpful employee.
