Tina Capito, RM at the OTAP is staff member of the month.  Sharon Metzler wrote,  I strongly feel that Tina has earned staff member of the month for a plethora of reasons. Not only is Tina a wonderful role model for her staff and the clients, she is a well respected professional throughout the Olean area. Tina remains calm under stress and this helps staff to do the same. Tina has handled many stressful situations in a professional manner. Tina's work ethic is second to none! As a boss, Tina is fair and able to approach her staff regarding mistakes in a manner that makes one feel nurtured or cultivated. She is able to turn tough situations into teachable moments with the clients too. Even with all of her management duties, Tina has a caseload herself that she takes care of.  She is also a full time student at St. Bonaventure's graduate program. Tina finds the time to conduct a group at the local pros program for her internship. Tina is a great mentor, co-worker, friend, and someone that this RC has had the pleasure of working with for seven years. Congratulations Tina.  You are  truly an asset to this agency!
