Gina Ward, Associate Director, is Employee of the Month. Lynn Calpin stated that Gina is an active member of many committees and leadership groups in several counties. She is instrumental in Supportive Housing, Health Home Care Management, HCBS, development of CORE, Workforce, and Compeer. Gina has participated in grant writing, county and Managed Care Organization (MCO) contracts, numerous monthly reports to the State and Counties, strategic planning and development-  A lot of the behind the scene tasks that many don’t know she has had a hand in. Gina is always willing to assist and actively engage in any project, big or small. She is well versed in State and county initiatives and represents STEL in the most professional and knowledgeable way.  She cares deeply for the employees she works with and the consumers that STEL serves.  STEL is fortunate to have Gina as a team member! Congratulations!
