Stephanie Killian at Park Avenue goes above and beyond the basic duties of Residential Manager. No matter the hour, she is always more than willing to answer any questions staff may have. She is always pleasant, patient and calm whenever speaking to residents or staff. Stephanie is always willing to help residents when they ask, taking as much time needed (including an hour explaining how to utilize a cell phone) to help them). Stephanie, on one occasion has come in to an unscheduled overnight to relieve the 4-12 staff member without hesitation or complaint. Stephanie always has great thoughts and a positive outlook when staff need her input. Stephanie is a wonderful manager at Park Avenue and a wonderful person in general.   Stephanie makes Park Avenue a great team to be a part of.
