Throughout the duration of her employment with STEL Inc., Brianna D'Angelo, Residential Manager at Aldrich Community Residence, has demonstrated leadership in times of crisis, in staff development and in mentoring new staff members. Through Brianna's leadership, staff members have developed more comprehensive service plans, services and open rapport with clients.  Brianna's open door policy with residents allows for a seamless transition between administrative responsibilities and client/counselor interaction. Brianna's continued efforts in developing policies and procedures at the Aldrich CR has allowed for clients to transition to more independent living sites and to enhance their independence with grocery shopping, symptom management, anger management and medication management.  In addition to these qualities, Brianna has had an open door policy with residential staff as well and encourages feedback and discussion from staff members.  Congratulations Brianna!
