Allie Perez, ARM at North Main is the Staff Member of the Month. Rachael Weaver stated, Allie has been such a blessing at the North Main CR for the past 4 years. She has worked tirelessly to keep residents and staff safe throughout the whole pandemic; all while holding down 3 essential jobs and being part of the volunteer fire department as well as an EMT. Allie gives of herself completely to help those in need. She shows up for every single shift ready to tackle the day with a smile on her face. She encourages our residents to be the best versions of themselves and always tells the truth, even when it’s difficult to hear. She spends countless hours reviewing medications and completing paperwork to ensure every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed.  Allie has an excellent rapport with all the residents, staff and service providers and is in constant contact with them. Allie goes above and beyond every single day and we are so happy to have her on our team!  Congratulations Allie!
