Kristin Chiappone is Staff Member of the Month for June.  Throughout part of the winter and spring months, Kristin had been supervising the Aldrich Street CR without an Assistant Manager and had an overnight position and rehabilitation counselor position open. Kristin ensured that individual support was always available to the consumers and made herself available throughout holidays, weekends, and overnights. As a result, Kristin easily earned staffs’ respect and confidence as a leader.  Kristin continued to effectively manage the overall operations of the program during this time of transition. In 2014 Aldrich Street was over budget by an average of 21%. In 2015, there has been a complete turn around and now averages 19% under budget. Recently, Kristin was instrumental in preparing the Aldrich Street program for a successful audit/inspection by the NYS Department of Housing and Community Renewal. Bob Roth believes Kristin is well-deserving of this recognition.  Congratulations!
