Erica Herrmann, RC at Perkins has been invaluable over the last few months. Due to staffing issues, there have been a lot of open shifts and a ton of extra work. Erica offered to add clients to her caseload and completes services when she sees they need to be done. She has also been willing to adjust her schedule and work open shifts which has been very helpful. Erica manages change very well and has been very accommodating when it comes to working with different staff almost every shift. Erica is patient, calm and remains professional under challenging situations.  Despite all the extra work and extra hours, Erica remains pleasant, upbeat and enthusiastic about her job. Erica deserves to be recognized for her hard work and dedication to the agency, she has made Perkins a better place for the clients and her co-workers with her positive attitude and work ethic.  Congratulations!
