Sue Kahle-Sprickman is an RC at Jamestown Treatment Apartment Program. Lori Karalus wrote, Sue is one of the hardest working individuals I know. She is very dedicated to JTAP and a team player. She is instrumental in helping train new staff in services and the day to day operation of the program. Sue has worked with several challenging consumers over the years. She helped these consumers work towards their goals. Sue was able to adjust her services, based on the needs of the individual. She is a strong advocate and has a genuine interest in the wellbeing of our consumers. In the past, Sue went above call to help a former consumer, who had become stranded. She gave this individual, a ride to meet a family member after her shift ended. Sue takes initiative to complete additional program tasks. Sue deserves to be recognized for her hard work and dedication.  Congratulations!
