Luke Walczyk
, Supported Housing Counselor is the staff member of the month.  Bea Moore expressed her deepest gratitude for the help she has been getting from Luke.   She states, “It's impossible to describe every detail of his work he has done to assist me with so many things, and how caring he is and proactive when it comes to dealing with my legal, social and family problems. He is honestly concerned with my hardships and knows exactly what to do and how to resolve them. The peace of mind I get from his advice is priceless.  He is currently helping me to deal with Social Security Administration and talking to them about possibly giving me a larger portion of my back payments, in order to buy a newer, reliable car, which is a task I would be putting away forever and keep worrying about my daily commute with my son to school, doctors’ appointments, grocery stores and other places we need to go to.  Luke offered and personally looked for a suitable car with me, and contacted Social Security for me. This itself means a world to me.  He has done that, which is huge deal for me, to smaller things for example, how my new cell phone works and what I can do with it, LOL!!!  He is unbelievably smart, knowledgeable, resourceful and honestly caring. Most important for me, he gives me peace and knows how to explain, that any problem has a solution. This is the help I need, and haven't got so much from anybody else around here.  I cannot contain all the good things he has done for me and my son in one email. But I just want to let you know how priceless his help is to me.”  Congratulations Luke!
