Sarah Gilbert, AC at Park Avenue, was chosen for her performance in a crisis situation. Recently Sarah alerted the manager to a train accident.  She was concerned for one of the residents.  In an effort to properly identify the missing resident, she was able to give the police a detailed description of what the resident was wearing that day.  It was also necessary for her to handle some very difficult situations during the crisis.  Despite the tragedy, Sarah handled her responsibilities well and maintained a sense of calmness to the residents and staff throughout the evening.  Congratulations Sarah.
