Pam Mescall is the staff member of the month. She as been a Rehabilitation Counselor at the Gowanda Supervised Residence for many years. She started as a Full time RC and is currently working on a part time basis. Pam brings a very high degree of understanding and compassion to all whom work with her clients and staff alike. She is always looking out for the best interest of everyone. Pamela also is extremely gifted artist/craftswomen and brings creativity to this residence. She also organizes activities in house for the clients to participate and benefit from. All of us at the Gowanda Supervised Residence are very thankful for Pam.  Congratulations!
