Lori Karalus, RM of JTAP is Staff Member of the Month.  Stacey Thomas, RC wrote I haven't been here very long, but what I have seen of Lori Karalus has made me extremely proud to be part of such an amazing agency. Lori defines everything this agency stands for. Lori goes above and beyond in everything she does. Anytime there is something special going on like a STEL picnic or tailgate party, Lori is right there giving 150% of herself to ensure that everything is perfect for not only the residents, but staff as well. Lori is an amazing advocate for the residents and always has their best interests at heart. Recently, Lori had put in for a vacation, but at last minute was able to rearrange her time off to accommodate the consumer council meeting which had been moved to the next day. That's just who Lori is...continually going the extra mile for anyone and everyone no matter what the situation. I feel I have learned so many valuable things from Lori in such a small amount of time. However, it's not just the expectations of the job that I've learned, I have also seen the compassion, the drive, the honesty and the integrity that Lori has shown in representing STEL. To put it very simply.....LORI IS AMAZING!!  Congratulations!
