Effective pay date January 8, 2017 (payroll period December 19, 2016 to January 1, 2017) STEL will migrate from using ADP to Main St. Payroll Services. As a result of this change we are required to have employees with direct deposit complete a new direct deposit form (see below). You may establish up to 4 direct deposits accounts. To setup deductions to more than 1 (one) financial institution please use separate authorization forms. All authorization forms should be submitted via mail (715 Central Ave. Dunkirk, NY 14048), scan (swanv@stel.org) or FAX (716-366-7840) to Vivian Swan no later than December 12th.
