Dear Staff Members,

Our organization has agreed to participate in academic research on the topic of emotional labor.  Emotional labor is the occupational requirement of displaying certain emotions in order to meet the requirements of your job. For example – “Service with a smile!” or “Smile like you mean it!”  We believe this is an important topic, especially given the nature and complexity of the work that we do. Please consider participating in this research. This is a confidential study and participation is voluntary.

All employees of every job level and type are eligible to participate.Participation must be done online using the survey link provided below by the researcher. Simply click on the link to participate.
